Bootcamp will find your inner strength and inspire you to work hard to build energy, improve health, and get the results that you are looking for. We will do a combination of strength, agility and cardio training by utilizing body weight based exercises, free weights, resistance bands, kettle bells, and various other equipment to build endurance. Boot camp is from 8:30 - 9:30pm every Tuesday from Jan 14th - March 31st. Cancellation are Feb 18 and March 24. Please check dates with instructor.
