BOOT CAMP WITH ALICIA

Bootcamp will find your inner strength and inspire you to work hard to build energy, improve health, and get the results that you are looking for. We will do a combination of strength, agility and cardio training by utilizing body weight based exercises, free weights, resistance bands, kettle bells, and various other equipment to build endurance.
Boot camp is from 8:30 - 9:30pm every Tuesday from Jan 14th - March 31st.
Cancellation are Feb 18 and March 24. Please check dates with instructor.
