This class is Vinyasa style of yoga using the flow of your breath to move into each asana (pose).
You will learn and expand on the Sun Salutation Series, strengthen muscles, relax tension in the body,
and end with savasana to relax and refresh the body.
It is adaptable to any age or fitness level and my goal is to teach the importance of alignment
and awareness of body positioning so that learning yoga is safe and fun for everyone.
Participants must bring their own yoga mat for yoga class.
There is no Yoga on October 11 or November 1. Please confirm the dates with the instructor.
