Hello Eastview Community

We wanted to give you an update on what programs are planned to look like in January. At this time the board has decided to not implement a mandatory vaccination program for all participants above and beyond what the government has implemented. We choose to do this to allow all community members a place to be able to participate in community-organized activities, as we recognize there are those that are not able to get the vaccine in all age groups.

The wellbeing of our participants is still paramount and we will continue our mandatory masking policy for all individuals ages 3 and up in the schools at all times. This includes during all activities and masks are not to be removed outside of brief water breaks. We want to ensure you that it is our goal to keep everyone safe. This is a zero-tolerance policy and if participants are not following the rules, they will be asked to leave, and there will be no refunds for their program.

We wanted to share this with you to help you in making informed decisions about activities come January. Happy Holidays to all the members of Eastview. Stay safe, stay warm and we hope you will have some great memories made this season.

Any changes or cancellations to programs will be posted as they are available. As always, we are only able to run programs if there are enough children registered. Please feel free to register with a friend (from our community or outside our community). You as a parent can enjoy a visit with a friend or carpooling with a friend while your children benefit from fun, affordable activities.

Please note that when registering, a $10.00 Eastview Community Association Annual Membership must be purchased, once each year, per family. Memberships are valid from September to August. A membership is required to participate in any program. The Eastview Community Association honours all other community association memberships. Community memberships are non-refundable.

The Eastview Community Association Executive reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment or to change fees, dates, or times of programs. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and there is limited enrollment in most classes.
Community Association Programs do not run on statutory holidays or school breaks.
Any changes or cancellations to programs will be posted as they are available.

Eastview is a great place to live and play. Together we are building our community!
