This class is a gentle Hatha yoga practice with a focus more on breathing, meditation, and full-body relaxation. In Hatha, we incorporate more stretches before entering into deeper asanas (poses).
It is adaptable to any age or fitness level and my goal is to teach the importance of alignment
and awareness of body positioning so that learning yoga is safe and fun for everyone.
Participants must bring their own yoga mat for yoga class.
There is no Yoga on February 24 and March 24. Please confirm the dates with the instructor.
